Policies
PLEASE DO NOT PRE-PAY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS!
We accept payments online, in cash, or via ZELLE (RemiSlayy). Any payments made via CashApp will require a $3 service charge per transacton. All appointments require payment of a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee immediately after booking, booking fees will be deducted from the remaining balance.

To ensure safety of all clients & stylists, we REQUIRE you stay home if you're not feeling well
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment start time failure to do so will result in 50% fee of appointment cost due before booking again. No call no shows will be required to pay full service cost & will be BANNED from booking after 2nd occurrence.
NO EXTRA GUESTS allowed, as seating is limited, with the exception of a child under the age of 12 (one parent is permitted to accompany)
Please read the description bar BEFORE booking as appointment styles may NOT be changed on the day of the appointment. Also, please ensure you are booking under the proper tabs. (kids/adults) After-hours appointments are available with an extra $30 fee.
